Social vs. Physical Distancing

Few weeks ago Social Distancing was the same as Physical Distancing. But not anymore, now we started to see the difference. COVID-19 virus spread allover the world and we had to really quickly readjust and re-think our every day life.

We all have been told to stay (at least) 6 feet from each other, and that’s the Physical Distancing. But at the same time it’s important to keep connected as much as possible and for that we can utilize technology and online world. Our mental health is important and distancing is not helping.
