That’s it! It’s too loud and it’s hard to stand all that digital noise. Don’t you feel information overload? Hold on…let me start from the beginning.

I love digital world, I may or may not be addicted to the internet. I guess I don’t mind it, it’s not that bad. Wait…I think I like it. But sometimes even I have that overwhelming feeling that it’s too much. That the digital noise is crashing my head and I can’t find peace within my own thoughts.

24/7 information overload, that’s what it is. The constant attack from every corner and there’s no way to hide. New application that you want to test, new article that needs to be read, new post that you have to check. Always something waiting for you on-line.

Noise…noise…noise. Digital Noise!

Is there anything that can be done to get some of that peace of mind, at lease a little bit? Oh! So you want to say:” just turn off all those gadgets and you are going to be ok!”. Well, I tried and it didn’t help. Ok, I did that for a short moment but even then instead of peace all I was experiencing was a constant noise. It was hard to find that calmness and peace.

When you do some research you might find that there are mobile applications available to help you to find your “inner peace”, relax and have a break from the digital noise. But again, those are mobile applications – so they are part of that problem, right?

What’s next?

I wonder if there’s a way that will help us to find that inner peace in the overwhelming digital world. Is there a way that allows us to work in that world and at the same time don’t feel that there’s just too much noise. What do you think?
