That’s it! Do we know how to talk to each other so we can understand one another? Or it’s only talking, talking, talking and not listening?
I noticed that people don’t like to listen, they just want to say what they want to say and that’s it. I wonder what happened to the
Maybe we don’t want to listen. Listening to someone is so…personal. You might discover something important about that person. Listening takes time, you can’t do that in under 5min. You have to give that person time and your attention. Things not many people want to give. It’s personal.
My three friends (who I’ve met on Snapchat) shared interesting posts today:
- Blake Croft mentioned how important is to be a good reader before you start being a good writer (click here to check his post)
- Bree Palmer mentioned in her 5 min blog post that we need to let our “inner child” out from time to time, it’s good for the soul (click here to check her post)
- and Ben Phillips asked to enjoy moderation in all things and make life matter (click here to check his post)
Three of them mentioned things that help us to find and build balance in life. Those three advises are perfect to help us to learn how to be more open and absorb what the world is offering to us. Maybe that’s the way to learn how to start listen and not just talk. Maybe we can learn more.
Thanks Ben Phillips for sharing a great song today. I needed that.
