That’s it! Have you ever thought about that moment when being stressed out someone is telling you to relax? I’m not sure about you but when someone is telling me to “reeeelax”, many emotions are going through my head and not even one is remotely close to relaxing or calming down.
I learned (and it was a hard process) that two things work for me:
- leave for a while and…
- just breathe
I wonder why we say “relax” phrase in the first place, knowing that there’s a chance it’s not going to help?
